Airport Transfers

On confirmation of your visit to our hospital, you can send us the details of your arrival. We shall receive you at the Bangalore International Airport and take you directly to the hospital or hotel as per the admission plan. Airport Drop facility is also available at the end of your stay.

Accommodation

Manipal Hospitals help patients and their families find a variety of long term or short term accommodation depending on their individual needs and preferences. We have corporate tie-ups with two five star hotels and a resort at close proximity to the hospital.

Our patients and their families get special discount rates at the above mentioned hotels when reservations are done through the Manipal International Patient Care Centre. In addition to this, the hospital has its own guest house facility and service apartments in the vicinity can be hired at affordable rates. Our Patient Care Coordinator will assist you in finding suitable accommodation.

Patient Care Coordinator

As a part of the stay at Manipal Hospitals, every patient is assigned a Patient Care Coordinator who takes care of all the varied needs, right from the time of admission to discharge. Be it scheduling appointments, finding you accommodation, collating diagnostic results or any other kind of coordination, the Patient Care Coordinator takes care of it all.      

Prior Appointments

Appointment schedules are fixed in advance in consultation with the patients and their families.This ensures that the waiting time is minimised and there is a seamless flow from one department to another. Our Patient Care Coordinators will constantly guide you with regards to your appointments, consultations with respective doctors, diagnostic procedures etc.

Special Dietary Needs

We understand that the right diet goes a long way in the general well being of a patient. At Manipal Hospitals, our dieticians help you decide on your nutritional requirement and care is taken to prepare food as per your taste. Family and friends who accompany you, can avail of the following facilities:

Language Interpreters

The doctors and staff at Manipal Hospitals are well versed in English. To enable smooth communication between the patient and the hospital staff, we also arrange translators in many foreign languages for patients who find it difficult to communicate in English. In case you need to avail this facility, please inform us regarding the same at the time of your confirmation.

Travel Assistance

The patients and their families can avail the services of the Travel Desk for air, rail or bus reservations. Local travel can also be organised.The Travel Desk also helps in fulfilling legal formalities with regard to visa issues. Foreign currency can also be exchanged here.

We accept payments through wire transfer, credit cards, traveller’s cheques and foreign currency.
